• Good IT knowledge, hardware & software setup (PC).

Job Responsibilities:
• Graphics designing for marketing & promotions.
• Creating motion graphics for marketing, promotion and video editing.
• Office IT Maintenance and website management
• Creating different promotional design by Photoshop / 3D Max / Illustrator (Graphics Designing).

• Fluent with public speaking skill (Bengali & English).
• Good knowledge on personal, corporate & customer Relations.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Effective PC user, efficient in email, MS Office, and web browsing.

Job Responsibilities:
• Meet, greet and attend to patients.
• Set appointments as needed for patients and give necessary relevant Information.
• Coordinate with our partner hospitals in Thailand as needed.
• Arrange and coordinate Telemedicine.
• Check Emails regularly.
• Follow up with daily appointments list to assist patients.
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Set and achieve personal targets as well as goals of the team.
