It is a non-political, non-communal, non-profitable, volunteer organization. The unity of its members & whole hearten support of people is the driving power of this organization. It was started from 3rd November,2000 as a cultural & child organization. DSSS was re-organized with strong organizational structure in 2009.It maintains a participatory culture in its process of planning, decision-making
