This summer, Wim Cuyver’s work was on view at Kunstenfestival Watou with an installation based on 𝘙𝘌𝘚 𝘕𝘜𝘓𝘓𝘐𝘜𝘚 (2025), the third publication created by Wim Cuyvers at MASEREEL.
For Kunstenfestival Watou, Cuyvers transformed the book into a monumental installation of 200 posters, where images and text fragments came together in a critical reflection on our relationship with nature and the landscape.
Rooted in La Montavoies, a landscape in the French Jura that Cuyvers has been exploring for nearly two decades, both installation and publication invites us to rethink the bounderies between ‘inside’ and ‘outside’, and to imagine new ways of inhabiting the world.
𝘙𝘌𝘚 𝘕𝘜𝘓𝘓𝘐𝘜𝘚 (2025) is available in our bookshop, alongside 𝘋𝘌-𝘈𝘋 and 𝘓’𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘳𝘦 by Wim Cuyvers. Find the link in our bio! 📚
