It means that mastering the language requires the practice of the four major skills . What are these four major skills?

The practice of these skills is fundamental . So keep these two essential things in mind : the right mindset and the practice of the four major skills .
What is the present perfect Tense ?
In the present perfect tense , The action is complete or has ended and hence termed perfect . The exact time when the action happened is not important and hence , it is not mentioned in this tense . The present perfect is formed as follows : auxiliary have /has + verb in past participle form .
√ Example with positive statement :
Romaric has seen this movie .
√ Example with Negative statement :
Romaric has not seen this movie .
√ Example with interrogative statement :

• What is the present perfect continuous tense ?
In the present perfect continuous tense, the action has been taking place for some time and is still ongoing . The duration for which the action has been going on is usually mentioned in the present perfect continuous tense. The present perfect continuous is formed according to this pattern: auxiliary have / has + been+ verb in ing form .
