Проект „Интегрирана Мултимедийна Платформа за Активни Култура и Туризъм – ИМПАКТ”1 се осъществява по Приоритетна Ос 2 – „Зелен регион“, Специфична цел 2.1. – „Подобряване на опазването и устойчивото използване на природното наследство, ресурсите и културното наследство“ на Програма INTERREG V-A Румъния – България. Програмата е финансирана от Европейския Съюз чрез Европейския фонд за регионално развитие и съфинансирана от Румъния и България.
В обхвата на допустимата територия за подпомагане по Програма INTERREG V-A Румъния – България са включени 7 окръга от Румъния – Мехединци, Долж, Олт, Телеорман, Гюргево, Кълъраш и Констанца и 8 административни области от България – Видин, Монтана, Враца, Плевен, Велико Търново, Русе, Силистра и Добрич.
