🌏 The traditional Asian Festival is returning to Sofia for its sixth edition!

On June 13 and 14, the meadow next to Toplocentrala in South Park will turn into a true celebration of Asian cultures – filled with music, dance, delicious food, demonstrations, and attractions for all ages.

🎭 What to expect:
🎶 concerts and performances on the main stage
🍜 Asian food and beverage zone
👘 cultural workshops and demonstrations
🥋 games, yoga, and martial arts
🎬 open-air cinema zone
🛍️ bazaar with souvenirs and themed products

Held under the motto “Together in Friendship and Harmony,” the festival is organized by the 🇮🇩Embassy of Indonesia in Bulgaria together with the embassies and diplomatic missions of 🇰🇭 Cambodia, 🇨🇳 China, 🇮🇳 India, 🇯🇵 Japan, 🇲🇳 Mongolia, 🇵🇰 Pakistan, 🇰🇷 South Korea, 🇦🇪 The United Arab Emirates and 🇻🇳 Vietnam.

The Embassy of India in Sofia was delighted to witness a vibrant celebration of India’s cultural diversity presented by the talented students of Indira Gandhi Secondary School with the guidance and active support of the students from Indology Department.

Through colorful performances, traditional attire, music the students beautifully showcased the rich heritage and unique traditions of various Indian states. The event reflected the spirit of unity in diversity that defines India and highlighted the enthusiasm and creativity of the children.

Kudos to the students, teachers, and organizers for putting together such an engaging and culturally enriching program!
