Birth Certificate Successful Judgement for Mohammed.👶📄

The court ruled to obligate the defendant, the Information and Government Authority, to issue a birth certificate for the plaintiffs son (Mohammed), and to register this in its official records. 👏👏👏

This woman from the Philippines received some payment over the past two weeks only, and she received another installment yesterday for her Final Settlement Payment!👏👏👏

👉Make sure you get your Rights whether you are in the country or outside the country and make sure to trust the right team.

👉A person has a bank account that is used to transfer a wide variety of transactions and now he is facing legal consequences.



💡Did you know that allowing someone else to use your account can result in serious legal consequences, including imprisonment and fines under Bahrain's anti-money laundering and fraud laws?

💬Just advice:
▪️If someone asks for your bank account to transfer some amount, do not give it to them because you do not know that this money comes from illegal operations, allowing someone else to use your bank account makes you an accomplice and you will be legally liable as the account owner.

▪️Do not let anyone receive, transfer, or withdraw money using your personal account or ATM card.

▪️Never click on suspicious links. It is better to pay directly to the physical location of the company and the institution whenever possible and always make sure you receive an official receipt.

▪️If you receive any unknown transactions - do not use the amount - report it to your bank and the authorities.
