Animals, Agriculture, and 85 Years of Tradition 🐖🐐🦆

If there’s one thing that brings out the smiles at the Ag Show, it’s the livestock!

From the indoor exhibits to the outdoor paddocks, we’re taking a final look at the incredible animals that made the 85th Annual Agricultural Exhibition so special. Our students and families had the best time getting up close with Bermuda’s finest pigs, goats, horses, and more. 🐎✨

A Legacy of Learning:
Since 1843, the “Ag Show” has been a platform to educate our community about the significance of farming and animal husbandry. Seeing the joy on the children’s faces as they interact with the livestock is exactly what Governor Reid envisioned when he started this tradition over 180 years ago.

It’s about more than just a fun day out—it’s about fostering an appreciation for our natural environment and the animals that are part of our island’s story.

Which animal exhibit was your favorite this year? Let us know in the comments! 👇

🇧🇲 85 Years of Growth: Reliving the Magic of the Ag Show 🧺

They say tradition meets innovation in the heart of nature, and the 85th Annual Agricultural Exhibition was the perfect proof. 🐎✨

From the primary school performances and the livestock to the high-energy lumberjack show and axe throwing, the Botanical Gardens truly came alive. Watch these highlights to see our students and families celebrating Bermuda’s rich heritage in agriculture and horticulture.

**Why we’re still talking about it:**
The “Ag Show” isn’t just a three-day event; it’s a living legacy started by Governor Reid back in 1843. Today, it remains a cornerstone of our community, teaching the next generation about sustainability, local produce, and the beauty of our environment.

Whether it was the food vendors, the equestrian events, or just the joy of being together in the Gardens, this year’s exhibition was one for the books!
