On 04 April, was held the Kingdom of Fergus Observation Conference.

The name of the event came as a pleasant surprise to His Majesty King Ben I of the Kingdom of Fergus, but we felt it only fitting that the regional meeting of local micronations bear the name of the one who initially proposed it, as well as nod to his personal epithet of "observer of micronations."

As it was the first such regional conference, it was very relaxed -- a fantastic room stocked with snacks, ice water, and hot coffee. Good conversation and thoughtful presentations from representatives of Fergus and the Empire.

In the future, it is hoped that attendance will double, triple, or more.
