Good afternoon. Due to forecasted weather conditions and the port closure, we will be closed on Thursday, October 10th. Weather permitting we will plan to reopen on Friday, October 11th.

SINGLE USE PLASTICS INFO:
As most of you know, there has been a ban on single use plastics since 2019 in The Bahamas.
Items, including plastic “thank you” bags, Styrofoam food trays, plates and cups, and Polystyrene cups, plates and other food containers, plastic knives, forks, spoons and straws, are all prohibited from entering the country.
It has been brought to our attention that Biodegradable plastic products (such as the above items) are also prohibited and subject to confiscation as well.
ONLY COMPOSTABLE items are allowed to be imported.
Compostable “thank you” bags must be accompanied by a certificate and/or have a code D6400 on it.
Please shop accordingly.

To our valued customers: Please be reminded that as of April 1st, we will need your 2023 business license in order to submit declarations to Click2Clear. Please take note of the new TCC requirement as well!

Please be reminded that a TCC (Tax Compliance Certificate) is required for every Declaration submitted within Click2Clear for Customs Clearance. Take note of the effective dates to avoid delays in shipment clearance.

Arawak Agency will be closed on Monday to honour the day of mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
