Insight met impact today as members of the Bahamas Association of Medical Technologists—Tiffany King, Robyn Nixon, and April Cartwright—delivered a powerful and thought-provoking appearance on *Immediate Response Radio and Television Show*. 🌟
With clarity, expertise, and a shared vision for the future, they tackled the vital topic of developing a local accredited training program for Medical Laboratory Scientists—an initiative that speaks directly to strengthening healthcare, building local capacity, and empowering the next generation of professionals in The Bahamas.
Their voices echoed purpose, progress, and possibility—reminding us that meaningful change begins with bold ideas and committed leadership. 💡

The Medical Technologists Association of Guyana, MTAG, wishes to express gratitude to our members and our dedicated executives whose diligence and commitment ensured the successful hosting of the first CASMET Regional Council Meeting of 2026, which was held in Guyana.
This meeting coincided with our Fitness walk as we kick started Medical Laboratory Professionals Week, a seawall lime and last evening we partnered with CMSI by hosting an in person CE session at their inaugural Med Gala.
Thank you all for your continued support! Those who came out and participated and who may have also contributed in making this a success.
We invite new members to join MTAG
Represent and embrace your profession with purpose. Take your place among professionals who represent and let's continue to champion excellence in all that we do!
Happy Medical Laboratory Professionals Week ❤️
