Adoption of Roundabouts and Medians

The island is looking a lot cleaner as we double our efforts to keep our island pristine. There is still more work to do.

At Parks and Beaches we are partnering with corporate entities, civic groups and members of the public to ensure that our public spaces are maximized.

That being said, we met with the management team of Sandals Royal Bahamian to discuss the adoption of roundabouts and medians near the hotel.

Every roundabout in Nassau will be placed in the adoption program where corporate, civic groups and members of the public can adopt roundabouts and medians in a effort to beautify New Providence and alleviate the cost associated with maintaining the roundabouts and medians thereby reducing the strain on the public purse.

We along with our corporate partners are excited and eager to participate in this venture!
