What Is RISE?
• RISE is a Conditional Cash Transfer programme that transfers a cash grant to approved beneficiaries.
• Beneficiaries must fulfill pre-specified conditions.

The Objectives of RISE are:
• To deliver services more efficiently through a new payment method
• To improve human capital accumulation through health and education
• To reduce poverty
• To improve educational achievement and promote a healthier lifestyle among children

What are the benefits of RISE?
RISE beneficiaries will be automatically eligible for the following:
• Medical Card for use at public hospitals and clinics
• School Lunch Programme
• Burial Assistance

Your part as the beneficiary
To fulfill the required conditions which include:
• Ensuring that your school-age children attend 90 percent of class time
• Ensuring that your school-age children attend tutoring sessions as instructed if their Grade Point Average (GPA) falls below 2.0
• Recieiving the required health checks
• Attending Parent Craft and Nutrition classes as required
• Attending prescribed clinics during pregnancy
• Being open to home visits from a Life style Coach
