Background
Dungkhag Administration was established in 1986 with a total area of 18 acres under Zhemgang Dzongkhag. It is 114 km away from the Dzongkhag headquarter, strategically located at the confluence of Mangdi Chhu and Drangme Chhu forming the Manas River basin which flows towards Assam. The Dungkhag Administration has four Gewogs of Bjoka, Goshing, Phangkhar and Ngangla respectively.

The bank draft amounting Nu. 1,383,500.00 in lieu of balance voluntary contributions of the last 𝑀𝑜𝑒𝑛𝑙𝑎𝑚 𝐶ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑚𝑜 at Panbang handed over today to the Dzongkhag, coinciding with an auspicious day, for the 𝑀𝑜𝑒𝑛𝑙𝑎𝑚 𝐶ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑚𝑜 Seed Fund.
