Thanks to Thimphu Thromde or Department of Surface Transport, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport or anyone who is installing beautiful road divider along the Chubachu - Jungzhina highway.

If this kind of divider was there, it could have saved scores of cars from head on collision to pole, few could have been alive and some could have been walking, millions could have saved in purchase and maintenance of cars and poles and finnally months and months of hours could have been spent on other important tasks instead of repairing and attending hospital or cremation ground.

There will be no hard lessons learnt by policy makers or engineers. The only simple thing they could have done is replication of a small road divider from Jungzhina to Dechencholing zam, where the history of accidents is very very negligible.
