Message from the Principal
Dear Students,
Our school has zero tolerance for bullying. Be kind, respectful, and inclusive at all times. If you experience or witness bullying, report it to your teacher, counselor, mentor, or another trusted adult. Reporting bullying helps protect you and others and contributes to a safer school environment.
Be wise about what you post on social media. Do not spread rumors, hurtful messages, or false information. Remember that online actions have real consequences and may lead to disciplinary or legal consequences.
Let us build good school citizenship by showing respect, responsibility, and care for one another. Together, we can create a safe and caring environment and promote peace and harmony throughout our school community.

A note of gratitude:
Changangkha Middle Secondary School would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to His Eminence Trulku Kunga Tenzin Rinpoche for the generous donation of 10 copies of the book โPrecious Garland of Incarnation.โ
This invaluable contribution will greatly benefit our students by deepening their understanding and appreciation of the successive incarnations of Pel Drukpa Rinpoche, Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the architect and unifier of Bhutan. The books will serve as an important source of knowledge and inspiration, helping our children strengthen their connection to Bhutanese history, culture, and spiritual heritage.
We sincerely thank Your Eminence for your kindness, generosity, and continued support towards the education and enlightenment of our young learners. We pray for Your Eminenceโs good health, long life, and continued blessings for the wellbeing of all sentient beings.

World Down Syndrome Day.
Theme 2026: โTogether Against Lonelinessโ
Changangkha MSS fraternity came together to observe World Down Syndrome Day on the theme โTogether Against Lonelinessโ, reminding ourselves that everyone deserves connection, friendship, and a true sense of belongingness. Inclusion is not just about being present, it is about being valued, heard, and connected.
Female staff adorned in yellow tego with blue wonju/blue tego with yellow wonju, and male teachers wearing colourful socks stood as a significant symbolism of diversity to promote awareness and acceptance.
We pledged to make small but meaningful steps to include, interact, and build friendships with persons with Down Syndrome because together, we can ensure no one feels alone.
