This morning, Dasho Dzongrab graced the opening of the Black Mountain Festival Build-Up Program at Chendebji, organized by the Tangsibji Gewog Administration.

The program brought together households and agencies based in Chendebji to actively participate in the preparations and build-up activities for the upcoming festival.

On the way, Dasho Dzongrab and the team also visited Bjizam and Nubi to witness and support the ongoing Build-Up Program activities organized by the respective communities.

The initiative reflects the collective participation, enthusiasm, and community spirit in preparing for the upcoming Black Mountain Festival 2026.

The week long annual Tshepagmey Bumde was successfully observed with the auspicious Tshepagmey Wang, presided over by the Venerable Lam Neten, along with the sacred Thondrel.

Thousands of devotees gathered at the Dzong to receive blessings and take part in the day long religious programme, which concluded at 5:00 PM.

The Dzongkhag Administration extends its sincere appreciation to the Venerable Lam Neten, the monastic body, volunteers, officials, and devotees for their participation and support.

May the blessings of Tshepagmey bring long life, good health, peace, and happiness to all.
