Today, our Centre had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Jeijiro Otsuka from Kobe University, Japan, along with Dr. Ngawang from ADBI and Mr. Karma Wangdi from CNR, Lobesa. The visit facilitated fruitful discussions followed by on-station rice trial field visit.
