Alliance for Progressives- Ramotswa Branch has learnt with shock and sadness the passing on of Hon. Mr. Matshediso Fologang. We would like to join Balete and the Nation at large in passing our deepest and sincerest condolences to the Fologang Family.

Rre Fologang or Uncle Tshidi as most affectionately called him was a prominent political figure particularly in Ramotswa Constituency. In spite of him being a staunch BDP member, he demonstrated on many occasions that he was very apolitical in his approach. We applaud and respect him for this rare trait which eludes many politicians.

Uncle Tshidi was very passionate about the fight for inclusion of youth and women in politics, something we hold dear as the AP.

Rre Fologang was also a respected elder in GaMalete as he was knowledgeable on the history of the Tribe. He was instrumental in the operations and runnings of GaMalete Development Trust.

Hon. Rre Fologang will be greatly missed by many.

In conclusion we would like to once again pass our sincere condolences to the Fologang family, friends and colleagues of Rre Fologang.

May the soul of Hon. Mr Matshediso Fologang rest in peace.
