Position: Credit Controller at Head Office Gaborone
Tenure: 2year contract

Job description
Coordinating the debts of existing creditors and managing all the money owed to your business. Administer the credit control function, ensuring all outstanding debts are collected on time.

Job duties
-Negotiating payment plans with customers
-Ensuring timely payments from customers
-Collecting payments from customers
-Producing monthly aged debtor report
-Monitoring debtor balances
-Reconciling complex accounts
-Initiating legal proceedings for outstanding debts
-Providing support to the Accounts Department
-Check and approve customer credit rating

Qualifications
A recognized degree in Accounting or Finance or Equivalent

Work Experience
A minimum of 2 years post professional qualification experience in relevant financial field

Skills
-Excellent communication
-Excellent interpersonal skills: effective in handling & interacting with customers
-Proven analytical & numerical skills
