The staff at Port Loyola Public Library celebrated Literacy Day at Grace Primary School for Brain Awareness Week 2026 by organizing interesting activities, which included reading stories, interactive question-and-answer sessions, and providing giveaways to the students.

The Port library staff visit to Stepping Stone Preschool, engaged with the preschoolers with interactive storytelling sessions and introduced them to a variety of age-appropriate books. This initiative not only encouraged early literacy skills but also helped to create a positive association with libraries as welcoming spaces for learning.
