On Mother’s Day, we honour the love, care, and strength that mothers show every day. A mother’s love can turn simple moments into a good day: a warm meal, a conversation, a laugh together, and a reassuring hug are all reminders of their love.

This year’s theme, “More Good Days, Together”, encourages us to take a moment and think about what a good day means to us. It isn’t always about success and happiness. Sometimes, it is simply about feeling comfortable, finding balance, or enjoying a quiet moment.
What counts as good can change over time. Only you can define what a good day looks like.
