People's Constitution Commission Belize

PCC will engage Belizeans transparently to shape a constitutional report reflecting their true will.

The Government of Belize officially launched the People’s Constitution Commission (PCC) on 14
November 2022 after the enactment of the People’s Constitution Commission Act by the National
Assembly of Belize. The PCC Act mandates the PCC to “draft and guide the process of promulgating a
new Constitution for Belize or amendments to the Belize Constitution.
