Position: Front Desk Coordinator

Are you warm, organized, and passionate about plants and people? We’re looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Belize Botanic Gardens while supporting the daily flow of our operations.
This dynamic roles blends:
🌱 Visitor experience & hospitality
🌿 Administrative coordination
🎋 Financial tracking & organization
📸 Social media support

This role will be essential to help the guests at the Gardens feel at home, guiding their experience, and supporting our team keep everything running smoothly.

We need someone who is friendly, professional, and detailed oriented. Experienced in (or eager to learn) administrative work, customer service, and accounting. Confident with computers, spreadsheets, organizing files, etc. And excited to create meaningful visitor experiences.

This is a full-time position. Monday to Friday from 7am-4pm (occasional weekends).

We will have small bites to eat for sale at the Gardens during the event, but if you’d like to pre-order a plate of food, please contact us on WhatsApp to place your order! A plate of chicken with Rice & Beans and Juice for $20bzd.
If you need a shuttle to the Gardens, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure that there is enough space in the van. Shuttles are $15bzd per person round trip.
