Save the date - U'mista Cultural Society will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on November 1st at 12pm.

Regarding Proxy Voting - According to U'mista bylaws, BOTH the Voting Member and the Proxy Voter MUST be a Member in good standing.

Also, Proxy votes must be received 3 days prior to the election - this year's deadline to receive Proxy Votes is October 29th.

For immediate assistance on these days only please contact the Village of Alert Bay Phone: 250 974 5213 between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Visitor information is available in the hallway of the Village Office/Post Office building 15 Maple Road (less then half city block away) doors unlocked 8 am to 6 pm. See map attached for directions.
