David Hill Running for re-election as the City Councillor for Ward 3 – Barrhaven West

10/24/2026

I am proud to have delivered the advance green at Strandherd and Borrisokane.

10/24/2026

I am proud to have delivered on the resurfacing of Fable road and will continue to work to ensure that the worst roads get bumped up the ‘to do’ list year over year as we invest in our local infrastructure. Did you know that over the last four years, Barrhaven West saw the most capital investments in roadworks across the city? I commit to continuing my advocacy on your behalf for our local road upgrade requirements.

On October 26th I hope I can count on your vote to be re-elected as your City Councillor for Barrhaven West!

Over the last four years working together we have made real progress including starting construciton on the Greenbank Realignment five years early, bringing a dedicated police traffic unit to Barrhaven, and building and improving local parks, including the new McKenna Casey Dog Park.

But our work is not done. If re-elected I promise to deliver:
🚔 Increased police presence in Barrhaven to keep our community safe
⛹ Bring youth programing to a dedicated facility at Moloughney park
🚦 Improve our local roads, and make our intersections safer
🌲Build new community spaces, including a new library, the Barrhaven Civic Center and two new district parks
🚑 Bring a health hub to Barrhaven and work with the province to expand the Queensway Carleton.

On October 26th I hope I can count on your support to continue Delivering for Barrhaven. Together.

I love living and working here in Barrhaven, but I don't know anyone that can say they love it more than the Stuntman!

Stu is more than just one of Ottawa’s most recognizable radio personalities. He’s a passionate community champion, a dedicated family man, and someone who has used his voice and his platform to make a real difference in the lives of others, from those fighting cancer to recognizing our veterans and beyond.

Stu represents so much of what makes our city special and I'm genuinely honoured to have his support as I seek re-election to Ottawa City Council for Barrhaven West.

Hey Barrhaven,
If re-elected I will not only deliver a new library as part of the Barrhaven Civic Center but I will also protect the Ruth E. Dickinson Library, so that Barrhaven has two libraries for the first time.

10/22/2026

I will deliver a bus route on Elevation and Dundonald to service the new developments in Western Half Moon Bay.

Over the past four years I have gotten to know Uzma, a force of nature leading in our community - from events in support of the Pakistani community, new canadians, the multicultural lions club, ladies in business and community in general, she is there and creating opportunities. Thank you for your leadership and I look forward to supporting you in your many local endeavors that make Barrhaven awesome! :)
