Village of Roche Percee

Mayor and Council

I would like to thank those responsible for the hire of our new groundskeeper. In the four years I have been here, this year was exceptional. The grass mowing, w**d wacking and tree trimming made this Village stand out. Everything was so beautiful all summer.

The gopher problem seems to also be better! At the onset of spring, I had many holes on my property and couldn’t keep up filling them. Then, the gopher control came and magically no more problems for me.

I simply want to say thank you all for keeping the Village so well kept. It makes it easy to call Roche Percee home.

Regards,

Susan J Gibson

Thanks to the many donations and contributions received so far:

We're pleased to advise that step one of several Roche Percee Community Hall upgrades is complete! Randy Poole Construction installed seamless eavestrough to catch and redirect roof runoff.

Step two will be reshaping the surrounding ground so that surface water will run away from the building rather than pooling against the foundation. A French Drainage System is also being considered in the planning stages.

These first steps are needed to stop water from entering the building before any additional building upgrades can take place.
