Let's Kiss and Tell by Joss Richard follows Lucy Reid, a s*x columnist that doesn't have an optimistic view on relationships. She empowers her readers to know that they don't need a partner to be happy. When her boss tells her she needs to write more stories for her readers in relationships, she claims that she just started dating someone. She meets Marshall Oakley, a Senior News Writer at Lucy's company and he tells her that his ex of nine years is getting married. He needs a date, she needs a pretend boyfriend, so the pair agree to fake date each other to help each other out. As they spend more time together, lines begin to blur and maybe they will be able to rewrite their views on love.

I absolutely loved this author's debut novel, It's Different This Time, so I was really excited to get my hands on this one. The author is so good at writing likeable characters with great banter. Marsh particularly was a highlight for me. I always enjoy a dual perspective in a romance. I like knowing what each character is thinking and feeling. This novel was deeper than I was expecting. Everyone was flawed and it felt very human. I did prefer It's Different This Time over this one but I still think it's worth the read. I look forward to what this author will come out with next!

Let's Kiss and Tell by Joss Richard is available as a physical copy. To request it, search the title through the Catalogue on our website.
