Today, we recognize the National Day of Action for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ People.

We honour the lives of those who have been lost and stand with their families, survivors, and Indigenous communities who continue to seek justice, healing and meaningful change.

This day is both an opportunity to remember and a call to action. We reaffirm our commitment to building safer, more inclusive communities and to working alongside Indigenous partners to address and prevent gender-based and racialized violence.

Today, we remember. We listen. We stand together.
