Don't miss this powerful, award-winning Canadian documentary about the devastating 2018 wildfires and the extraordinary courage of residents on the Southside of Francois Lake and the Cheslatta Carrier Nation, who came together to protect their communities when the fires threatened their homes. Spooky season is here, and Trunk or Treat 2.0 is creeping back! Last year was epic… this year, we’re doubling down on the Halloween fun!

Gather inside. Make a difference outside!!

We can’t say enough about the volunteers behind Lakes Outdoor Recreation Society (LORS)! Their hard work helps make the Lakes District’s recreation sites places people return to, year after year. 🌲🏕️

We’re excited for another year of supporting LORS and sharing the places they care for… although we might keep a few favorite spots between us. 😉
