What would it be like to have a Ph.D. psychologist in the legislature?
Psychologists first seek to do no harm. Yet we are living in a province with ongoing and increasing harm from poor government policies, demoralization of our frontline workers, a new and debilitating illness, and an increasing mental health crisis. Dr. Angela Grace believes that psychologists are deeply needed at this time to create the systemic changes needed for a society that can heal and begin to thrive.
Along with Albertans, Dr. Angela Grace truly believes we need ethical leaders who follow facts and science, understand people and trauma, and are willing to dig deep to address the systemic issues facing Albertans. This is exactly the reason she is stepping up to the plate to become an elected representative in Calgary-Varsity. We believe the time for change is now, and that Dr. Grace's skills as a psychologist will truly benefit our province. We believe in true representation, independent thought, and commitment to the wellbeing of people, not a party whip.
