Fall Swim! Online spaces are full but we do have drop in space!

The last day of the season is fast approaching. We’ve decided for our 70th anniversary of Mount Pleasant Outdoor Pool to make our public swim a whole day from 1:00-7:00pm. All drop in swims and no online booking! Come join us for the last day of the 2025 season!

OUR lost and found table will be set up every day until closing day ( Sep 21). Check it out!!! even if you If haven’t lost anything! You might be surprised what you haven’t remembered! ( anything not claimed will be donated to those in need, so please do your best to grab only what’s yours)

LOST AND FOUND!!! Are you missing something from the summer? Mount Pleasant is open and you can come and collect your items! See attached photos! Please call us if you see anything that belongs to you!

It’s true! A responsible person (14 years of age or older) must be within arms reach of any child under the age of 8 at all times.

Why? You may think, this is excessive, my child would never be the one to drown at a pool. The answer to that is unfortunately false. Many children of a young age can have moments of panic or found themselves in situations where they may be quite literally over their head.

Lifeguards at Mount Pleasant average 9-15 rescues every season and a majority are young children without parents in the water. Our goal is to keep every patron as safe as possible but without the help of responsible parents and caregivers it is more likely that rescues will occur.

Please treat your lifeguards with respect and courtesy, at the end of the day we are here to keep you safe and to make sure everyone goes home alive and well.

The guards took extra time to get all the debris out of the pool this morning! We are heated and ready for swimming lessons today! Remember the pool only closes in cases of thunder, lightning and extreme weather.

Mount pleasant is hosting an intermediate first aid level “C” course! July 12-13! You can sign up today at calgaryoutdoorpools.ca.

We have Lots of evening nights available for Private Pool Rentals at Mount Pleasant for you and your Party people!

The cost for rentals per hour is as listed below.

$175/hr. for 40 or fewer participants.

$225/hr. for 80 or fewer participants.

$275/hr. for 120 or fewer participants.

$325/hr. for 160 or fewer participants.

$375/hr. for 200 or fewer participants
