Autism Calgary is a charity operating in Calgary Alberta which seeks to support and inform anyone living with autism.

Autism Calgary is a small grassroots community association for individuals and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide Family Support by our team of Family Support workers who provide information, referral and advocacy. We also host Support Groups, Information Sessions, and social gatherings throughout the year. Our employment program, Spectrum Advantage, helps young adults

This month we'll be exploring the Joy of Movement with instructor Tina Thrussell!

"Moving your body is fantastic for your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health! And moving can be MORE than boring exercise. Come experience creative, expressive movement that’s safe and easy to do. You’ll get a taste of The BrainDance (a technique to help improve performance, focus and co-ordination), Nia (a fusion fitness technique that blends dance, martial arts and healing arts), Freedance, and QiGong in this fun session with Tina Thrussell. Walk away feeling great. Be inspired to incorporate fun movement into your day."

Note: This session includes dance-based movement, so dress comfortably (in layers) and bring a water bottle.
