Ramsay Soccer is Back!!! ⚽️

We had incredible weather for the kickoff to the 2026 season of Ramsay Soccer. Thank you to all the parents who signed their kids up and a HUGE thank you to the volunteers! 👏 👏

Ramsay Soccer is 100% volunteer run! If you have a child enrolled and would like to help out with coaching or our end of season celebration email [email protected]

You’ve probably noticed our beloved Ramsay Rink is getting some work done. We’re currently in the demo process which involves taking off the worn out old wooden mansard roof panels. The next step will be to replace them with longer lasting metal (the colour will be slate grey).

Overlapping this work will be another exciting update to the rink - solar panels!

Solar panels will be installed on the roof which will allow us to generate enough electricity that we can even sell it back to the grid and see a steady income stream to the RCA.

The plan is for all work to be wrapped up in July. The Stampede Parking Fundraiser will not be impacted. Thanks for your patience while the rink remains closed off for now. We look forward to the work being completed and gathering as a community for our end of summer party in late August!

Ramsay Community Soccer is a volunteer run program that provides non-competitive soccer for players aged 3 to Grade 3.

Age groups will be divided depending on number of children registered. This is a fun program intended for kids to make new friends and learn a little about soccer at the same time. This league is generously sponsored by the Ramsay Recreation Committee and Community Association.

Soccer will run Thursday evenings (from 5:50 to 7 pm) starting April 3o through to June 18 at the Fields next to the Skating Rink.

The next Ramsay Community Association General Meeting will be in-person at the Alexandra Centre! Councillor Harrison Clark will be joining us.
