Danielle Smith's visit to Fish Creek last year was a tremendous success.
We are back at the same fantastic location this year, Bow Valley Ranche Restaurant ,on June 12th, from 5 PM to 10 PM. The event will be even better this year, with local sponsors, locally sourced food and of course a Q&A session with Danielle.
Do we have anything to talk about this year? It has been a rather uneventful start to 2025. NOT!
There will be an opportunity to take photos with the Danielle Smith. The event is hosted in a smaller, historic venue, and is more intimate than other events the she attends locally.

The latest 2022 PISA results confirm what we already know—Alberta is a leader in education both in Canada and around the world!

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our students, parents, teachers, and education support staff, Alberta students have achieved outstanding results:
✅ 1st in financial literacy in Canada & globally, ranking ahead of Denmark!
✅ 1st in science, reading & creative thinking in Canada, and 2nd worldwide (only behind Singapore).
✅ 2nd in mathematics among Canadian provinces.

Our government’s commitment to participating in international assessments like PISA ensures Alberta’s education system is benchmarked against the best in the world. These incredible results highlight the excellence and resilience of Alberta’s students and educators.

Congratulations to everyone who made this possible!

The Programme for International Student Assessment evaluates the performance of 15-year-old students from participating countries in three-year cycles.

How about this for building a “Team Canada 🇨🇦” approach?

1. Stop threatening the livelihoods of tens of thousands of Albertans & Canadians via an energy export tax or ban.

2. Immediately start construction on the Northern Gateway & Energy East pipelines to diversify our customer base to Europe, Asia and our own country

3. Tell Germany, Japan and the rest of the world that there is, in fact, a “business case” for Canadian oil and gas to be sold to them

4. Repeal the unconstitutional and job killing production cap, electricity regs and C-69

5. Treat with respect, and as an equal partner, the Alberta taxpayers that have been transferring hundreds of billions to Quebec, the Maritimes and even Ontario, for decades.
