🚨SCAM ALERT 🚨 (😭💔🫂✋🏼)

It has come to our attention that there have been some (seemingly!) highly sophisticated email scams targeting our vendor community. While vendor scams have been circulating for years, these scammers are getting more and more convincing! BLAH! We are so incredibly sorry that you have to deal with this! 😩

Please protect yourself by keeping this in mind:

🌸 Our ONLY official email address for communication is [email protected] (not [email protected] , or anything of the sort).
🌸 We will never text you regarding your application or space.
🌸 We will never use an .com or other generic email address to contact you!

On a brighter note, we officially sent out our first round of accepted applicant emails today! 🎉

If you were accepted: You have been officially notified via our correct email address above. Contracts are due back by June 21st!

If you haven’t seen an email: Please check your junk/spam folder just in case it slipped through!

Please note: We only send emails to accepted applicants, we do NOT send rejection emails, it is possible we will email those on the waitlist in the coming weeks in case there are drop-outs or additional spaces available, but if you have not received an email from us today, then you have not been accepted at this time and are on our waitlist!

We are completely blown away by the response this year. We already have over 350 incredible vendors on our waitlist. We appreciate every single one of you who took the time to apply. If we could accept absolutely everyone, we truly would… your hard work and talent going into creating your beautiful booths NEVER goes unnoticed! So please keep applying, we see your application and when the time comes, we would LOVE to have you 🤍

We can’t wait to be back at the Chilliwack Heritage Park on November 6th, 7th, & 8th for our best Winter market yet! And in the meantime, enjoy the summer and this sweet little heatwave coming at us this weekend! ☀️

Oh my goodness, Chilliwack. THIS IS CRAZY! Thank you so much for SHOWING UP so far this weekend. I think we can all collectively say that we are *truly* overwhelmed with gratitude for your support of shopping local. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
