🚨 Open to the public – IRCC is hiring client support agents!

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is looking for bilingual Client Support Agents to join its Client Support Centre located in Montreal, Quebec, and contribute directly to programs that shape the future of newcomers, refugees and future Canadians.

💼 Job details:

Client Support Agents assist a large number of clients in a dynamic call centre environment. They are trusted sources of information and support for clients across Canada, helping to resolve application-related issues, update client information, and support the application process with accuracy and care.

Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference — turning questions into answers, challenges into solutions, and aspirations into new beginnings.
