Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and take time to reflect, learn, and remember.

Halifax Harbour Bridges operates in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People.

Today is an important reminder of the ongoing responsibility to listen, learn, and support the work of reconciliation. 🧡

It is Go By Bike Month! 🚲🎉

Led by Halifax Cycling Coalition, it is all about encouraging more people to choose a bike for everyday trips.

Whether it is your commute, a quick errand, or getting to an appointment, even swapping one car trip for a bike ride is a great place to start.

We are happy to support the campaign and encourage more active transportation across our region.

So, if you have been looking for a reason to dust off your bike, this might be it. 👟🚴🏻‍♂️

It has been an honour to be the Harbour Bridges' key partner this year. Thank you for the support of our free family support and food programs.
