The AUNP is pleased to announce that the second Collective Bargaining Agreement has been officially ratified! Out of a total membership of 578, 92.4% of voting members voted in favour of accepting the agreement - this milestone represents significant progress for our organization and its members.

While this achievement is an important step forward, it is essential to recognize that the bargaining process is ongoing. In approximately 1.5 years, we will return to the bargaining table to address further issues and continue advocating on your behalf. The Executive Board and Bargaining Committee remain dedicated to this process and look forward to working together with members in the future.

AUNP Members - the polls are up!

Thank you for joining us at the town hall last night! The ratification vote has now begun (ballot sent to your emails!) and voting will close on May 12, 2026 at 23:59Hrs.

If you were unable to make the town hall last night, make sure you log into the member portal to view the highlights of the tentative agreement, as well as the FAQs. Don't forget to vote before the deadline!

The Memorandum of Agreement has now been posted on the AUNP member portal. Sign into the portal to view the document!

Have questions about the new tentative agreement? FAQs have been posted in the AUNP member portal!

The AUNP will be hosting a virtual townhall on May 4, 2026 at 7 PM MST. 

This townhall will have the AUNP executive director, executive board, and the bargaining committee chair in attendance and will provide an opportunity to review the tentative agreement in detail and ask questions.

The meeting will be recorded and a link will be made available for members who cannot attend. 

A copy of the tentative agreement summary and a tentative agreement FAQ are available on the member portal. The Memorandum of Agreement should be posted by the end of the week. These documents can be seen under "Ratification 2026" on the member portal.
