Don't forget to use the TIPP skills when we need to reduce extreme emotions....
T- tip the temperature
you can use cold water on your face
I- intense exercise
this helps calm your body when its high with emotions
P- paced breathing
breath deeply in your belly, slow your pace by inhaling and exhaling
P- paired muscle relaxation
notice the tension in your body, well deep breathing tense different body muscles or well exhaling say the work Relax in your mind

Another Idea for Winter Fun Outside:

Winter Bubble Recipe:
1 cup of warm water
3 tbsp dish soap
2 tbsp corn syrup
Adding glycerin (corn syrup/sugar) is important to the Winter bubble recipe because it makes the soap thicker, which means the water in the bubbles won’t evaporate as quickly and you will have stronger bubbles – perfect for lasting longer the cold weather.
