It was a busy weekend for Wildrose with great representation in the Sundry parade as well as some behind the scenes pictures from at the rally in Calgary.
Congratulations to all who made both these events possible!!

The world needs what we have. Once we kick Ottawa out of our business, we will be free to meet that demand.
Fossil-fuel price spikes are causing pain but little climate payoff For three decades, climate campaigners have fought to make fossil fuels so expensive that people would be forced to abandon them.

Yes, the price of oil is up.
Yes, there are jobs again.
But we're still climbing out of yet another very politically motivated recession.
The only way to prevent this from happening again is by becoming our own country.
Mark your calendar.

It is understandable that many are still hanging on to the idea that a fire wall of sorts will help Albertans.
That certainly is a good first step, but it can't be the last one.
Come out and meet our Leader Paul Hinman!
Congratulations to newly formed Leduc-Beaumont CA who had a great time getting the word out at the parade in Leduc this morning!!
Among all the kids who received candy we found supporters in the crowd as well.
Next weekend is the Beaumont parade. Come on out and support!!

Here's an Alberta trivia question to begin the new month with.
How did our provincial flag come about? Any guesses?
In November of 1966, the Social Credit Women's Auxiliaries of the Alberta Social Credit League petitioned Premier Earnest Manning in to give Alberta our own unique flag. Premier Manning agreed and, thanks to the initiative taken by these ladies, the flag was officially adopted June 1, 1968.
Car flags are very popular these days. Wouldn't it be great to see it proudly displayed on every vehicle this summer?
Every so often we're asked if we'll keep the flag once we are our own independent nation. The answer is, Albertans will decide that, not politicians.
So, what do you think, Alberta? Should we keep it?

It was great to meet with our members this weekend.
Thank you to the Lacombe-Ponoka CA and their President Tami Tatlock for hosting at the Morningside Hall. The BBQ afterwards was delicious.
We look forward to seeing everyone June 11 for our next event at the Harvard Park Business Centre in Springbrook (right outside Red Deer). The event starts at 2pm. https://goo.gl/maps/ceGcA7zVHaaaAKbT7

Ottawa will never stop attacking, restricting and undermining peaceful and responsible fi****ms owners.
If Albertans want property rights, including fi****ms rights, the only choice is the Wildrose Independence Party in 2023.
