Police seek assistance locating missing man: The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance to locate a missing 31-year-old man.

Caleb Peretic, 31, was last seen on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at approximately 5 p.m. walking in the area of 149 Street and 134 Avenue.

He is 5’9” tall with light brown hair, and hazel eyes. Caleb has a clock tattoo on his right forearm and a flame tattoo on his right tricep.

Caleb’s disappearance is considered out of character, and family and police have concerns for his well-being. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.

Police investigating suspicious death 06/02/2026

Police investigating suspicious death: The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is investigating a suspicious death that took place in west Edmonton yesterday.

On Monday, June 1, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., West Division patrol officers responded to a report of a family dispute in a condominium complex in the area of Garnett Point in west Edmonton.

During the arrest of a 36-year-old male at the scene, police obtained information about another address in the area of 104 Avenue and 122 Street. Officers went to that location and discovered the body of a 74-year-old man. The deceased and the man who was arrested are known to each other.

The EPS Homicide Section assumed the investigation. An autopsy was scheduled for today, Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

Police seek public’s assistance identifying assault suspects: Edmonton Police Service (EPS) West Branch officers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects responsible for an assault on a convenience store clerk in May.

On Thurs., May 21, 2026, around 12:00 p.m., West Branch patrol officers responded to the report of a robbery at a convenience store in the area of 157 Street and Stony Plain Road. A male and female entered the convenience store and began shoplifting, and when the store clerk confronted the suspects, there was a struggle between him and the male suspect which resulted in the clerk being stabbed. The clerk, a 44-year-old male, was transported to hospital by paramedics with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect #1: Male, wearing a black t-shirt with white graphics on the front, black track pants, black boots, and was carrying a black backpack.

Suspect #2: Female, wearing maroon-colored pants and jacket, black boots, and was carrying a black bag

“Public safety requires a collaboration between police and the community,” says Const. Roy Pickell of the EPS West Branch. “We’re hopeful that with the public’s assistance we can identify the individuals responsible.”

Police seek public’s assistance in identifying suspect in early May fire: The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a fire that occurred in early May of this year.

On May 10, 2026, around 7:30 a.m., fire damage to the exterior of a business located in the area of 91 Street and 111 Avenue was reported to police. Subsequent investigations have revealed that the fire was deliberately set, and as a result police are looking to identify a male suspect captured on surveillance footage.

At the time of the offence the suspect was wearing a black Adidas sweater, blue jeans and black and white Adidas running shoes. He was riding an orange Marin mountain bike towing a small blue trailer.

“These types of events are troubling, especially with other commercial and residential buildings in close proximity,” says Det. Rogatien Bourque of the EPS’ Investigative Response Team. “If you have any information that can help us with our investigation, please contact police immediately.”

Please note that Stadium Road will close to vehicle traffic at approximately 5:30 p.m. for fan entry to Commonwealth Stadium and will close again after the event to support a safe exit.

Motorists should plan to use alternate routes.

Congratulations to our dedicated police cadets on their recent year end graduation!

Over the past year, these future leaders have honed invaluable skills in leadership, teamwork, and police training that included first aid, criminal law, scenario-based investigations and so much more.

Their commitment extended beyond the classroom, raising over $4,000 and volunteering hundreds of hours to community organizations.

Kelsey Wells, 32, who was reported missing by police yesterday has been located safe.

The EPS would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance.

Police seek assistance locating missing woman: The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking the public's assistance to locate a missing 32-year-old woman.

Kelsey Wells was last seen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, just before 1 a.m. in the area of 26A Avenue and 193 Street.

Kelsey is approximately 5’6” tall and has long dark hair and visible tattoos on both arms. She was last seen wearing dark-coloured baggy jeans, light-coloured T-shirt and a ball cap.

Kelsey has recently relocated to Edmonton and may be unfamiliar with the city and will not have access to a cell phone or bank cards.

Kelsey’s disappearance is considered out of character, and family and police have concerns for her well-being. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the EPS at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
