Last known contact was Edmonton hospital. Released on the 17. She phoned me on the 18th at 5:30 pm and I was made to wait to file the report due to contact. The shaved head is the most recent picture. She is known to wear wigs and scarves. Wight 180,5’2”, Ben hair hazel eyes that often shine silver. The RCMP is excited to announce the addition of the RCMP Ribbon Skirt to the ceremonial uniform. The Ribbon Skirt is a symbol of resilience, survival, identity and hope and also representative of a person’s unique diversity and strength.

For the RCMP Ribbon Skirt, the colours yellow, red, blue, and white represent the four directions as well as the RCMP colours. The satin ribbons are adjacent to each other as they signify that all of us from the four directions are united rather than divided.
