FedGas is looking for a temporary, full-time Records Management Clerk from May 4 – August 28, 2026, based in our Edmonton office.

In this role, you’ll support records management initiatives including scanning, digital file organization, folder structuring, and helping transition paper files into searchable digital formats. You’ll also assist with retention requirements and maintaining confidentiality and security standards.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office
• Data entry/administrative skills (asset)
• Knowledge of records management or databases (asset)
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly

Through the Rural Gas Grant program, Alberta's government provided $2.5 million to build a natural gas pipeline to Nordegg. That pipeline is now online, and local residents are being connected to safer, more reliable and more affordable home heating, helping them save up to 25 per cent on their utility bills.

If passed, Budget 2026 will continue $8 million in funding for Rural Utility Grant programs, including the Rural Gas Grant and connect more communities with the critical utility services they need to grow their local economies.
