Having conducted an exhaustive search that saw applicants from across Canada, the United States, and Asia, our top candidate was in our ranks all along.
Mark is a professional engineer (P.Eng.), registered with APEGA, who completed a petroleum systems engineering degree from the University of Regina in 2004. He returned to school in 2015 to complete a Masters Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
Mark has a long history in politics with leadership roles with the Wildrose Party, Green Party of Canada, and in the Alberta Party. You can find his full bio at albertaparty.ca/executive_director.
“The Alberta Party is on the cusp of becoming a political force in the province. I’m looking forward to applying my organizational and operational skills to help not just grow the Party, but to sustain that success,” said Taylor
“Today the Party is seeing incredible growth in membership and media focus. I am motivated to channel that momentum to help the Party prepare to seriously compete in 2019. Not just in one or two ridings, but all 87. We will be challenging every race in order to form the government in this province.”
“This is a great time to get re-engaged with the Alberta Party and I am honoured to be able to serve in the capacity of Executive Director,” added Taylor.
