We are pleased to offer vaccine record card printing. We can provide a printed copy at no charge, and an option to have a card-sized laminated copy for $1.50 each. Please bring your health care number, ID and the month/year of your vaccination.
You are also able to obtain cards for friends and family members as long as you can provide their health care number, date of birth and month/year of their vaccination.
Northtown Registry will be closed on Monday August 2 for the civic holiday. We will reopen with regular business hours on Tuesday August 3.

Northtown Registry will be closed for Good Friday (April 2). We will reopen on Saturday, April 3. We are open on Monday April 5.
