Built in 1919. This well preserved 2 and half story, half brick vintage house located at Glenora prime location. The house exterior didn’t have any major restorations, the wrap around porch is the highlight of the property surrounding with mature trees.

Built in 1925 Glenora circle house. This well keeps vintage house partial covered with greyish/neutral brick stone and blue hue wood sliding. Adding a lot of characters

Built in 1914, this beautiful big vintage home located at Glenora circle area. Charming little lime hydrangeas and stone staircase lead you to wide front porch.

2 YEG Old Houses Portraits in front of the big house. Original built in 1927 the Dutch Colonial House remains in south side of the house (yellow sky) , the new renovation northern side in 2019 (pink sky).

The Holgate Residence was built in 1912 inspired “Highland Tudor House” painting. Holgate and his business partner William Magrath were vital to the development of the Highlands district.

Strathcona Rutherford House is the only painting I used multi photos as a reference.
The Provincial Historic Site and museum in the Strathcona area . The structure was the home of the first Premier of Alberta, Alexander Cameron Rutherford, from 1911 to 1941.

Glad to share the YEG Old Houses Art Exhibition will start on tomorrow (Fri)night 7 pm until Sept 25. Houses were built between 1900s to 1930s with 11 architectural styles.
