🏡 1-Bedroom RGI Unit Available – Timbers Landing, Sparwood

Elk Valley Family Society has a 1-bedroom Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) unit available at Timbers, with a move-in date of November 1, 2026!

We are currently seeking applicants who are employed or have a stable source of employment income, with preference given to individuals who meet the program's income eligibility requirements.

Please note: Unfortunately, applicants whose sole source of income is income assistance are not eligible for this particular unit.

TIMBER'S LANDING PHASE 2 — SPARWOOD

Big milestone at Timber's Landing Phase 2 — building cladding is up and complete! 🏗️✅

The exterior is closed in and we're moving into the home stretch. This 32-unit mixed-market building on Pine Ave is on track for completion Winter 2027, bringing much-needed affordable and market rental homes to Sparwood for families, single parents, and individuals with a range of needs.
