New Brunswickers are invited to attend the Peace Officers’ Memorial Service this Sunday at 10 am at the memorial monument on the green behind the Victoria Health Centre in Fredericton.
This service will honour the province’s 36 peace officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.

Today, we stand together to honour one of our fallen officers. We remember Correctional Officer William A. Morrison, who was accidentally killed by the discharge of a shotgun during a hostage rescue on October 10, 1980.
We honour the memory of those who have gone before us.
