Kelowna has 37 council candidates this election—but only one group of four independent candidates fully focused on safer streets and accountability: BRACE for Change.

We are four business‑minded residents running independently for Kelowna City Council:
Humberto Morales · JC Rathwell · Corey Severin · Rob Wilkinson.

We’re separate candidates, but we share the same core commitments:

Safer streets with real enforcement against repeat offenders.

Accountability at City Hall, so taxpayers can see how every dollar is spent and how every councillor votes.

Support for small business and working families, not more red tape, fees, and excuses.

If you’re tired of weak leadership and a council that won’t own the mess we’re in, visit BraceForChange.ca to see how four independent, business‑focused candidates plan to push for public safety, small‑business support, and real transparency.

On October 17, you can mark four different independent names for practical leadership and change at Kelowna City Hall:
01 MORALES · 02 RATHWELL · 03 SEVERIN · 04 WILKINSON.

JC Rathwell is running for Kelowna City Council to take back our streets, back local businesses, and bring practical, results-focused leadership to City Hall.

BRACE for Change is a coalition of Kelowna council candidates standing for Businesses & Residents Against Crime Everywhere — practical leadership for safer streets, accountable budgets, and a stronger local economy. One coordinated slate, four votes for real change at City Hall.
